SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Mejia Fragrance. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold, as indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages Mejia Fragrance is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at Mejiafragrance@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
